PRIVACY,
PLAINLY.
Aussembly collects only what it needs to run Australia’s AI builders network, The Signal and Relay.
What we collect
Directory submissions may include your name, organisation, email, location, website and project details. Relay briefs include your contact details and the business problem you choose to share. Newsletter sign-ups include your email and role.
How we use it
We use this information to review listings, respond to briefs, make relevant introductions, operate The Signal and prevent misuse. Contact details are not published in the directory unless you separately make them public.
Where it goes
Information is stored in Aussembly’s hosted database. Newsletter details may be processed by Resend, and accepted Relay payments may be processed by Stripe. We do not sell personal information.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from The Signal at any time. You can also ask us to correct or remove a submission or other personal information by lodging a message through the relevant Aussembly form and writing “privacy request” at the beginning.
Keep sensitive data out
Do not submit health information, identity documents, passwords, confidential client records or other sensitive personal data. Relay needs the business problem and desired outcome—not the underlying private dataset.
This notice may change as Aussembly adds services. Material changes will be dated on this page.
