By using Aussembly you agree to submit accurate, lawful information and to treat other members of the network fairly.
Directory and submissions
You must have the right to share what you submit. Aussembly may verify, edit, decline or remove listings to keep the directory accurate, inclusive and useful. A listing is not an endorsement or guarantee.
Relay
Relay helps shape a problem brief and identify potentially relevant builders. Introductions do not guarantee a match, project outcome or commercial agreement. Buyers and builders remain responsible for their own due diligence, contracts, security, privacy and regulatory obligations.
Fees
Lodging a Relay brief is free. If a brief is accepted, any readiness or matching fee is shown before payment. Pilot fees and terms are agreed separately with the selected builder unless Aussembly states otherwise in writing.
Acceptable use
Do not scrape personal information, impersonate others, submit spam, upload malicious content, bypass access controls or use Aussembly to facilitate unlawful or harmful activity.
Availability and liability
Aussembly is provided on an evolving basis. We work to keep it accurate and available, but cannot promise uninterrupted service or that every third-party link remains current. Nothing on the Site is legal, financial or professional advice.
If a specific written Relay agreement conflicts with these general terms, that agreement controls for the relevant engagement.
